greet and welcome visitors in a warm, professional, and courteous manner.

answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails promptly and accurately.

manage visitor records and front-desk security procedures.

schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and conference rooms.

perform general administrative duties, including filing, scanning, and documentation.

handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and other correspondence.

maintain a clean and organized reception area.

provide administrative support to other departments as required.
