Job Summary
We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a similar role, excellent communication skills, and strong organizational abilities. You will be the first point of contact for visitors and responsible for managing front-desk operations efficiently.
Role & Responsibilities
Greet and welcome visitors in a warm, professional, and courteous manner.
Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails promptly and accurately.
Manage visitor records and front-desk security procedures.
Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and conference rooms.
Perform general administrative duties, including filing, scanning, and documentation.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and other correspondence.
Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
Provide administrative support to other departments as required.
Qualification & Skills
Graduate in any field.
Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written.
Attractive personality with good communication skills .
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Emailing, Printing, and Internet browsing.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
