key responsibilities:
greet and welcome visitors, clients, and guests upon arrival, directing them to the appropriate staff or department.
answer phone calls, screen, and direct inquiries to the relevant personnel.
manage appointments, schedule meetings, and maintain calendars for team members.
handle general office tasks such as filing, sorting mail, and ordering supplies.
maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
assist with administrative duties, including data entry and record-keeping.
respond to emails and other correspondence in a timely manner.
provide guests with information about the organization and its services.
ensure the safety and security of the premises by following proper visitor check-in procedures.
