The Person must have an experience in the field of Real Estate.

Attracts potential customers by answering product related questions; providing information about the on-going projects of the company.

Acquire Customers for Real Estate from Open Market and build relationship.

Ensure proper Completion of the target within timeline as per the company checklist.

Keeping accurate records of discussions or correspondence with customers.

Plan that involves understanding the industry as whole, the on-going projects of the company and more importantly the customer.

Build new relationship with builder community basis projects & expansion plans.

Guide the customer towards applying for properties and explain the project in terms of ROI, terms & conditions very clearly.

Attend Customer calls & property attend to their requests for ensure high customer satisfaction.

Deal with early Delinquencies and work closely with the collection team to resolve the issue if any.
