Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Real Estate Sales Executive responsible for generating leads, developing client relationships, and closing property sales. The candidate should have excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills with a strong understanding of the real estate market.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate new leads through references, marketing activities, site visits, and networking.
Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable residential or commercial properties.
Conduct property presentations and site visits for prospective clients.
Explain property features, pricing, payment plans, and documentation processes to customers.
Maintain regular follow-ups with potential buyers to convert leads into sales.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and channel partners.
Negotiate deals and assist clients throughout the booking and purchase process.
Coordinate with internal teams for documentation, agreements, and customer support.
Maintain customer records, sales reports, and CRM updates.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Keep updated with market trends, competitor activities, and new project launches.
