we are hiring ambitious and result-driven sales executives to join our fast-growing real estate & managed farmland division.

key responsibilities:

handle and convert leads (50% leads provided by company)

conduct sales calls, client meetings, and farmland site visits

present project details and investment benefits to potential customers

achieve monthly targets with support & training from the company

build and maintain strong client relationships for referrals and repeat business

earnings & benefits:

8-10% commission per sale (1 sale = 50,000 earning potential)

office workspace + professional support system

company assistance to achieve 2 confirmed sales per month (initial stage)

regular training & workshops to upgrade sales skills
