Job Description

We are hiring ambitious and result-driven Sales Executives to join our fast-growing real estate & managed farmland division.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle and convert leads (50% leads provided by company)

Conduct sales calls, client meetings, and farmland site visits

Present project details and investment benefits to potential customers

Achieve monthly targets with support & training from the company

Build and maintain strong client relationships for referrals and repeat business

Earnings & Benefits:

8-10% Commission per Sale (1 Sale = ‚¹50,000 earning potential)

Office workspace + professional support system

Company assistance to achieve 2 confirmed sales per month (initial stage)

Regular training & workshops to upgrade sales skills
