The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, conducting property tours, and closing deals. You will play a key role in helping potential buyers find their dream properties by understanding their needs and offering expert guidance.
Key Responsibilities:

€¢ Conduct property viewings and explain the features, pricing, and benefits to potential buyers.
€¢ Close deals by negotiating and guiding clients through the entire sales process.
€¢ Build strong client relationships and provide exceptional customer service throughout and after the transaction.

€¢ Collaborate with the marketing and development teams to provide up-to-date property information.

Qualifications and Skills:
€¢ Experience: 1-2 years of real estate sales experience.
€¢ Education: Bachelor€™s degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields is preferred.
€¢ Skills:
o Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

o Proficient in CRM software and MS Office.
