Job Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Consultant at Brickfolio. As a Real Estate Consultant, you will be responsible for assisting clients in their real estate journey, including conducting property evaluations, negotiating sales and leases, providing training on real estate processes, and offering expert advice on real property. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs, provide guidance, and ensure a smooth real estate transaction experience.

Qualifications

Strong knowledge of the real estate industry

Proven sales and negotiation skills

Experience in real property evaluation and analysis

Ability to provide training and guidance on real estate processes

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

Bachelor's degree in a related field

Real estate license or certification is a plus
