Responsible for promoting and selling newly launched and under-construction residential/commercial projects. The role requires working closely with builders, channel partners, and clients to drive primary sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate and follow up on leads from digital marketing, events, and channel partners.
Pitch upcoming/newly launched projects to potential clients.
Conduct project presentations, explain floor plans, pricing, payment plans, and USPs.
Arrange and conduct site visits at builder projects.
Maintain strong relations with builder sales teams and update on project inventory.
Ensure timely booking formalities, documentation, and payment follow-ups.
Achieve monthly booking targets and contribute to revenue growth.
