You will be working with the founder and will be given good chances to make good incentives. The primary role is to handle retail space leasing and also the office space sales. Detail for the role are provided below:

Role:

Scout retail and commercial spaces across HSR Layout and nearby micro-markets (Jayanagar, JP Nagar, Koramangala, BTM, Bellandur, Sarjapur Road).

Build and maintain a database of available retail spaces - landlord contact, rent, deposit, frontage, footfall notes.

Show spaces to clients on-site.

Close retail deals independently; support office-space deals as secondary.

Report daily field activity (new spaces added, client visits, deal status).

Requirements:

Own 2-wheeler (mandatory, fuel reimbursed).

Bangalore local, or willing to deeply learn HSR + surrounding localities within 30 days.

0-1 year experience; freshers with hustle welcome.

Basic English/Kannada/Hindi communication.

Comfortable with WhatsApp, Google Sheets/Maps.

Compensation structure (Bangalore market rate for this profile):

Fixed: ₹15,000-20,000/month (freshers or upto 1 year field sales experience.

Incentive: Assured incentives on closures, better than market. Will be discussed face to face.
