Client Relationship Management (CRM): Counsel and advise clients on market conditions, prices, legal requirements, and related matters. Maintain an accurate database of client needs and interactions.
Property Showings: Conduct site visits, property presentations, and detailed tours for prospective buyers, highlighting key features and benefits of the properties.
Negotiation and Closing: Facilitate negotiation between buyers and sellers/developers. Prepare all necessary sales documents, contracts, and paperwork to successfully close deals and achieve sales targets.
📈 Market Analysis and Strategy
Market Research: Stay informed about real estate market trends, property values, competitor projects, and local regulations in the assigned territory.
Sales Strategy: Assist in developing and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies to maximize property sales and brand visibility.
Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports on sales performance, pipeline status, market feedback, and lead conversion rates to the management team.

Documentation: Ensure all sales transactions and client data are compliant with RERA (Real Estate Regulatory Authority) guidelines and company policies.
Coordination: Coordinate with legal, finance, and administrative departments to ensure smooth handover of documentation and client payment processing.
