Key Responsibilities:

Attend and follow up on client inquiries (calls, messages, site visits)

Explain project features and benefits professionally

Conduct site visits with clients and close deals

Build long-term relationships with potential buyers

Maintain daily lead sheet and update CRM (if applicable)

Skills Required:

Good communication

Basic understanding of real estate (we will train freshers)

Confidence & positive attitude

Local area knowledge (Ghaziabad / Noida preferred)

Target-driven mindset

Own two-wheeler preferred (not mandatory)

Eligibility:

Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (any stream)

Experience: 02 years in sales / real estate (freshers welcome)
