JOB PURPOSE-
The Channel Partner Sales Representative is responsible for identifying, onboarding, and managing channel partners/brokers to generate qualified leads and support the sales of residential projects. The role requires strong real-estate network building, relationship management, and lead-driving capabilities.
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
Graduate in any discipline
23 years of experience in real estate, channel sales, or atleast in real estate sales
KNOWLEDGE & EXPERTISE
Good communication (Hindi & English) and presentation skills
Strong Networking Skills
Real Estate Market Knowledge
Deep Understanding of Their Own Regional Market
Geographical Awareness
Strong Influencing & Persuasion Skills
Ability to Promote and Position Goa Projects in Their Local Market
