Job Title: Real Estate Executive / Property Consultant

Earning Potential: High Incentive Slabs (4% up to 10% per deal)

Job Overview:

We are hiring motivated, target-driven Real Estate Executives / Property Consultants to handle property sales and client consultations.

This role operates entirely on an attractive, slab-based commission model with massive earning potential based on your performance:

First Plot Sale: 4% Commission

From 2nd Plot Sale onwards: 8% to 10% Commission

Key Responsibilities:

Connect with potential buyers and generate qualified leads for residential/commercial plots.

Understand customer budget and requirements to suggest suitable land options.

Organize and assist clients during site visits (साइट विजिट कराना).

Follow up with prospects, negotiate deals, and guide clients to final booking and documentation.

Maintain positive, long-term relationships with clients for referrals.

Requirements & Qualifications:

Minimum 10th / 12th pass or Graduate in any stream.

Freshers with strong convincing skills or candidates with sales/field experience are welcome.

Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Having your own two-wheeler for local site visits is an advantage.

Passion for sales and high earnings.

Payout Structure & Benefits:

Flexible Commission Slabs:

1 Plot Deal Closed: 4% of deal value.

2 or More Deals Closed: 8% to 10% of deal value.
