1. Understand clients' property requirements, budget, and preferences.

2. Explain project details, pricing, location benefits, payment plans, and other relevant information to clients.

3. Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.

4. Follow up with leads regularly and convert qualified leads into successful bookings.

5. Maintain records of leads, follow-ups, site visits, and sales activities.
