anarock property consultants pvt. ltd. is seeking a highly polished and dynamic channel partner (cp) sourcing manager to drive channel development for an upcoming luxury residential project in baner. the ideal candidate must have strong relationships with channel partners in pune west and a proven track record of cp acquisition, engagement, and business generation within the luxury real estate segment.
key responsibilities
channel partner sourcing & onboarding
identify, source, and onboard active and high-performing channel partners across pune west with a strong focus on baner, balewadi, aundh, wakad, and nearby micro-markets.
build and maintain a robust cp network aligned with luxury project requirements.
conduct cp evaluations to ensure quality, capability, and alignment with brand standards.
relationship management
strengthen long-term relationships with existing cps to drive consistent lead flow and bookings.
conduct regular cp meetings, trainings, and project briefings to enable strong market engagement.
act as the primary point of contact for all cp queries, escalations, and support.
business development & performance management
drive cp-generated business for the luxury project and deliver monthly/quarterly sales targets.
monitor channel partner performance and implement strategies to maximize productivity.
track market trends, competition activities, and cp ecosystem movements across pune west.
project promotion & engagement
plan and execute cp outreach initiatives such as events, site visits, roadshows, and engagement drives.
ensure high-quality representation of anarock and the luxury project at all cp interactions.
required skills & qualifications
36 years of core channel partner sourcing experience specifically in pune west.
strong existing cp network across baner, balewadi, wakad, aundh, and surrounding areas.
minimum graduate; mba preferred but not mandatory.
demonstrated experience in luxury or premium residential real estate.
excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
polished, professional demeanor with the ability to influence high-value partners.
strong negotiation and relationship-building capabilities.
high level of market understanding and cp ecosystem familiarity.
