- ensure compliance with relevant fmcg regulations, including fssai guidelines, iso standards, haccp, gmp, and local quality laws.

- design, implement, and maintain robust quality management systems (qms) to ensure consistent product quality.

- establish sops for manufacturing, packaging, storage, and distribution.

- lead internal quality audits and coordinate external audits conducted by regulatory bodies or certification agencies.

- inspect facilities, equipment, and processes to identify gaps and enforce corrective measures.

- investigate deviations, quality failures, and customer complaints to identify root causes.

- implement corrective and preventive actions (capa) to prevent recurrence.

- manage and mentor the qa/qc team, ensuring competency and compliance with quality standards.

- conduct training programs for production and warehouse teams on hygiene, safety, and quality protocols.

- evaluate, approve, and monitor raw material suppliers to ensure they meet pro-to-grows quality standards.

- coordinate supplier audits and maintain documentation related to material quality.

- oversee laboratory testing of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished goods.

- maintain accurate quality documentation, including batch records, inspection reports, and coas.

- ensure products are safe for consumption by conducting risk assessments and enforcing hygiene and safety standards.

- manage product recalls when required and ensure corrective actions are documented and executed.

- work closely with production, r&d, procurement, marketing, and logistics teams to maintain quality across the supply chain.

- support new product development by providing quality inputs and ensuring compliance before launch.
