Quality Inspector

       Responsible for timely inspection of components as per laid down standards

       Prepare inspection reports of each and every components inspected and suggest

reject or rework if required

       To coordinate with production department for any fault.

       Prepare ISO 9001:2008 controlled documents files and test records on time and in

accurate manner.

       Documentation of the inspection results accurately

       Coordination for calibration of test equipment’s and fixtures.

       Monitor critical equipment and instrumentation to ensure proper operation of the same.

       To be in contact with suppliers of the inputs for improvements of the quality

       Evaluate problems and make initial recommendation for reduction of rejection.

       Provide feedback to assembly and testing department regarding accuracy of the

assembly procedure.

       Maintain the inward and outward movement record of dye patents and lag lug

       creating the drawings of new parts

       to get involved in the design and development activities along with the reporting head
