Reaching at site on time Carry out Acceptance Test as per guidelines. Ensure compliance of safety at site. Proper MB verification on site. Filling check sheet as per the details mentioned. Carrying out activity at site as per requirement. Ensure approval of drawing from Customer. Submission of check sheet to HO for further process. Carrying out activity at site as per requirement. Ready to climb telecom tower and travel. Good learner and ability to move anywhere. Responsible for timely inspection of components as per laid down standards Prepare inspection reports of each and every components inspected and suggestreject or rework if required To coordinate with production department for any fault. Prepare ISO 9001:2008 controlled documents files and test records on time and inaccurate manner. Documentation of the inspection results accurately Coordination for calibration of test equipments and fixtures. Monitor critical equipment and instrumentation to ensure proper operation of the same. To be in contact with suppliers of the inputs for improvements of the quality Evaluate problems and make initial recommendation for reduction of rejection. Provide feedback to assembly and testing department regarding accuracy of theassembly procedure. Maintain the inward and outward movement record of dye patents and lag lug creating the drawings of new parts to get involved in the design and development activities along with the reporting head
