Key Responsibilities:

€¢Review and validate training content's accuracy, clarity, and consistency in emerging technologies like AI, Data Science, ML, and Robotics.

€¢Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices for online learning materials.

€¢Conduct thorough content audits to identify errors, inconsistencies, and outdated information.

€¢Collaborate with subject matter experts, instructional designers, and content developers to enhance the quality of training materials.

€¢Ensure all content is well-structured, grammatically accurate, and aligned with the latest technological advancements.

€¢Oversee content integration within LMS and troubleshoot content-related issues.

€¢Maintain documentation of quality control processes and suggest improvements for content development workflows.

€¢Conduct user feedback analysis to enhance training materials based on learner experiences.

€¢Coordinate with external vendor for video editing and content vetting

Required Qualifications & Skills:

€¢Bachelor€™s degree in computer science or technological field.

€¢Minimum 2 year of experience in Quality control/ Quality check, specifically working with Edtech or IT training companies.

€¢Proven experience in content quality control, editing, or development for online training materials.

€¢Hands-on experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS).

€¢Strong command of English with excellent proofreading and editing skills (Mandatory).

€¢Knowledge of emerging technologies such as AI, Data Science, ML, and Robotics.
