Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices for online learning materials. Conduct thorough content audits to identify errors, inconsistencies, and outdated information. Collaborate with subject matter experts, instructional designers, and content developers to enhance the quality of training materials. Ensure all content is well-structured, grammatically accurate, and aligned with the latest technological advancements. Oversee content integration within LMS and troubleshoot content-related issues. Maintain documentation of quality control processes and suggest improvements for content development workflows. Conduct user feedback analysis to enhance training materials based on learner experiences. Coordinate with external vendor for video editing and content vetting Required Qualifications & Skills: Bachelors degree in computer science or technological field. Minimum 2 year of experience in Quality control/ Quality check, specifically working with Edtech or IT training companies. Proven experience in content quality control, editing, or development for online training materials. Hands-on experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS). Strong command of English with excellent proofreading and editing skills (Mandatory). Knowledge of emerging technologies such as AI, Data Science, ML, and Robotics.
