Assessing production: Reviewing the production process and identifying areas for improvement
Testing products: Inspecting materials, equipment, and facilities for defects and durability
Creating reports: Documenting findings and preparing reports on malfunctions and corrective actions
Setting standards: Establishing quality standards and guidelines, and determining quality metrics
Updating systems: Keeping the Quality Management System (QMS) up to date with incidents, fixes, and improvements
Auditing systems: Auditing systems based on ISO 9001:2015 requirements
Working with teams: Coordinating with internal teams to improve customer satisfaction, and with external auditors to ensure legal compliance
QC engineers should have a bachelor's degree in engineering, science, or a related field. They should also have experience in troubleshooting, reviewing product specifications, and managing software and hardware
