Hiring For Quality Control Engineer

Perform incoming, in-process, and final product

inspections.

 Conduct dimensional inspection using Vernier,

Micrometer, Height Gauge, etc.

 Prepare quality reports and maintain inspection

records.

 Handle customer complaints and implement

corrective & preventive actions (CAPA).

 Monitor rejection rates and reduce defects.

 Ensure compliance with ISO / Quality standards.

 Coordinate with Production and Design teams for

quality improvements.

Knowledge of Quality Tools (7 QC Tools, Root

Cause Analysis)

 Understanding of ISO 9001 Standards

 Good knowledge of measurement instruments

 Basic knowledge of AutoCAD (if required)

 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

 Good communication skills

Reduction in rejection rate

 Customer complaint handling efficiency

 Process improvement implementation

 On-time inspection reporting
