Hiring Fresher / Quality Assistant / 12th Pass

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Assistant to join our team in Noida Sector 16. Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct Quality Checks: You will regularly inspect products and processes to ensure compliance with quality standards, reporting any issues to the relevant teams.

- Document Findings: It is important to keep accurate records of your inspections, noting any defects or inconsistencies for future reference and improvement.

- Support Quality Improvement: You will collaborate with other team members to identify areas for quality enhancement, suggesting changes or strategies to enhance overall product quality.

- Assist in Training: As a team member, you will help train new employees on quality standards and procedures, ensuring everyone understands their role in maintaining quality.
