i. Responsible for monitoring whole activity in purchase department

including Imports and outsourcing of value addition process.

ii. Ability to pushing staff into the work as per schedule.

iii. Ability to communicate with Indian & Foreign reputed Vendors.

iv. Build a multi-vendor supply chain system to get competitive prices and

timely delivery of items.

v. Manage a team of purchase executives in delivering a seamless supply of

materials from vendors to the Assembly and Production.

vi. Having good knowledge in Import (Russian) procedures.

vii. Responsible for adherence to QM Purchase.

viii. Responsible for address the shortfall, if any within a week time.

ix. Responsible to maintain cordial relations with vendors and providing

support to them so as develop steady state supply side.

x. Responsible for minimizing carrying cost of inventory. Guides the purchase

team to achieve this.

xi. Responsible for procurement on Credit as per business targets well in time

to ensure availability of materials on time to production, Zero delays in

executive due to non-availability of materials. Guides the purchase

department to achieve this.

xii. Responsible for adherence to documentations as per existing ISO

procedures.

xiii. Responsible for any other related additional jobs as and when given by the

Management.

2) Age criteria : Above 37 46 below.

3) Work Experience : Minimum 15 years to Maximum 20 years & Above
