€¢ Having Negotiation skill to negotiate the rates and terms with vendors by using rate comparison statements

€¢ Selecting vendors from the existing suppliers database based on the requirement

€¢ Sending Enquiries as per the requirement

€¢ Preparation and Releasing of Purchase Orders

€¢ Evaluating the performance of the each and every supplier based on their each supply once in 3 months / 6 months / one year

€¢ Developing new vendors and expanding supplier database

€¢ Arranging the supply of required materials as per the intent submitted by the Project Managers / Site Engineers

€¢ Arranging the Transportation for Materials

€¢ Preparing the Packing Slip (PS)

€¢ Organizing Third Party Inspection (TPC) for the materials supplied at site

€¢ Organizing inspection for regular vendors once in three supply to ensure their quality of materials

€¢ Maintaining and Controlling Inventory and Stock of Materials at Godown

€¢ Maintaining and updating the Stock Register

€¢ Conducting physical stock verification against book stock

€¢ Preparation of Delivery Challan (DC)

€¢ Preparation of Goods Receipt Note (GRN)

€¢ Maintaining the Tools and Machineries Register

€¢ Find out the non-moveable items once in a year and write off them

€¢ Releasing Work Orders for sub-contact work

€¢ Evaluating the performance of the each and every sub-contractors based on their service in each month

€¢ Sourcing new sub-contractors and expanding sub-contractor data base

€¢ Conducting Internal Quality Audits for Purchase, Quality Control and Stores

€¢ Preparation of Quotations for incoming Enquiries / Tenders from the Clients

€¢ Arranging and attending the Techno-Commercial Discussions and Meetings with vendors

€¢ Supporting the tendering dept. to convert the enquiries / tenders into Orders
