Should be a Graduate preferably Electrical Experience of min. 6 years in material handling Able to Prepare the Suppliers database based on the requirement Having Negotiation skill to negotiate the rates and terms with vendors by using rate comparison statements Selecting vendors from the existing suppliers database based on the requirement Sending Enquiries as per the requirement Preparation and Releasing of Purchase Orders Evaluating the performance of the each and every supplier based on their each supply once in 3 months / 6 months / one year Developing new vendors and expanding supplier database Arranging the supply of required materials as per the intent submitted by the Project Managers / Site Engineers Arranging the Transportation for Materials Preparing the Packing Slip (PS) Organizing Third Party Inspection (TPC) for the materials supplied at site Organizing inspection for regular vendors once in three supply to ensure their quality of materials Maintaining and Controlling Inventory and Stock of Materials at Godown Maintaining and updating the Stock Register Conducting physical stock verification against book stock Preparation of Delivery Challan (DC) Preparation of Goods Receipt Note (GRN) Maintaining the Tools and Machineries Register Find out the non-moveable items once in a year and write off them Releasing Work Orders for sub-contact work Evaluating the performance of the each and every sub-contractors based on their service in each month Sourcing new sub-contractors and expanding sub-contractor data base Conducting Internal Quality Audits for Purchase, Quality Control and Stores Preparation of Quotations for incoming Enquiries / Tenders from the Clients Arranging and attending the Techno-Commercial Discussions and Meetings with vendors Supporting the tendering dept. to convert the enquiries / tenders into Orders Price reduction by Price Negotiation by time to t

Carries out initial site surveys and preparing the cost estimates Ensure Technical compliance with Design Standards and Requirements Ensure the execution of works as per our Drawings and Schedules An effective team leader with excellent inter personnel skills and the ability to lead and work with a team of personnel Assembles the execution team, organize them and manage the Manpower properly Manage the Sub-contractor's team and the work Ensure compliance with quality standards Responsible for safety measures / practices by our company and by the contractor. Promote zero accident philosophy Ensure the supplies as per the issued work order and BOQ Verify contractor invoices are in accordance with actual work performed and in compliance with the Contract Ensure the allotment of works to the employees and ensure to perform their work satisfactorily without delays Check the technical specifications of supplied materials Managing the execution time, cost and quality standards of the Project Liaison with Local Statutory Bodies, Government Agencies, external consultants & architects Ensuring the smooth execution of the works in all aspects Sending daily reports of self and other technical staff to Head Office Maintain the Attendance and Leave Registers at site and send the same to Head Office Preparation of Agenda and Minutes of Meeting for Client Meeting Review of testing, commissioning and erection procedures Ensure the work completion of your project and get the Completion Certificate from the Client Co-ordinate with Purchase Department and Billing Department in Head Office for Payment
