● experience: 3–6 years in procurement/purchase, preferably in epc, oil & gas, or process equipment industry.

● education: graduate in mechanical engineering / diploma in mechanical / supply chain or related field.

skills:

● strong knowledge of pumps, compressors, tanks, valves, and instrumentation.

● vendor development & negotiation.

● quick turnaround, multitasking across multiple rfqs.

● familiarity with procurement standards (asme, api, is/iso, iec for bought-outs).

● proficiency in ms excel, erp systems, and email communication.

the purchase executive will support middle east business development initiatives by handling procurement of bought-out items such as pumps, compressors, hdpe tanks, valves, instrumentation, and other package equipment. the candidate will be responsible for sourcing, vendor management, and quick turnaround of quotations to support epc project bids.
