Job Description

Key Responsibilities :-

Project Execution :-

●Oversee and manage the installation of plumbing, firefighting, electrical, and HVAC systems.

●Ensure the highest quality of MEP construction work adheres to cost and schedule requirements.

●Validate design issues related to MEP systems and suggest alternative solutions where necessary.

●Assist in the scope review, budgeting, and justification of MEP change work orders.

Coordination & Communication :-

●Coordinate with consultants and clients to secure material and work approvals.

●Direct, monitor, and control the activities of MEP subcontractors.

●Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth project execution.

Design & Documentation :-

●Draft and read drawings using AutoCAD.

●Prepare and validate shop drawings.

●Log and post all MEP changes and as-built information on field drawings.

●Assist in the receipt and review of MEP submittals.

Compliance & Standards :-

●Ensure construction procedures and practices comply with applicable codes and standards.

●Validate and review design-related issues for compliance with project requirements.

Essential Skills :-

●Proficiency in AutoCAD for drafting and reading technical drawings.

●Knowledge of applicable codes and standards in MEP.

●Strong understanding of construction procedures and practices.

●Ability to manage and coordinate with subcontractors.

●Excellent communication and project management skills.
