Project Manager (2-4 Years)

1) Manage end-to-end execution of solar EPC projects including rooftop and ground-mounted solar systems.

2) Prepare project plans, schedules and resource allocation strategies.

3) Coordinate with design, procurement, engineering, and site execution teams to ensure smooth project delivery.

4) Monitor project progress and ensure completion within timeline and budget.

5) Supervise site activities, installation work, testing, and commissioning processes.

6) Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality policies, and regulatory requirements.

7) Conduct regular project review meetings with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.

8) Identify project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.

9) Prepare project reports, documentation, progress updates, and MIS reports.

10) Handle vendor management, contractor coordination, and material planning.

11) Ensure client satisfaction through effective communication and timely issue resolution.
