1) Manage end-to-end execution of solar EPC projects including rooftop and ground-mounted solar systems.2) Prepare project plans, schedules and resource allocation strategies.3) Coordinate with design, procurement, engineering, and site execution teams to ensure smooth project delivery.4) Monitor project progress and ensure completion within timeline and budget.5) Supervise site activities, installation work, testing, and commissioning processes.6) Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality policies, and regulatory requirements.7) Conduct regular project review meetings with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.8) Identify project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.9) Prepare project reports, documentation, progress updates, and MIS reports.10) Handle vendor management, contractor coordination, and material planning.11) Ensure client satisfaction through effective communication and timely issue resolution.

1) Supervise installation of solar PV systems, including modules, inverters, DC/AC wiring, and earthing systems.2) Perform site surveys and prepare electrical layouts as per project requirements.4) Ensure proper testing and commissioning of solar power plants.5) Monitor and maintain plant performance to achieve optimal energy output.6) Troubleshoot electrical faults and ensure timely resolution of issues.7) Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and company policies.8) Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and site teams for smooth project execution.9) Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and maintain project documentation.10) Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance of solar systems.
