we are looking for a detail-oriented project coordinator – ff&e to support the planning, coordination, procurement, and execution of our ff&e projects. the role ensures seamless delivery of furniture, fixtures & equipment from design stage to installation and final handover.

🔹 what you’ll do

coordinate end-to-end ff&e project activities—from planning to final delivery.

work closely with design teams for approvals, specifications, and material selections.

manage vendor communication, sourcing, procurement tracking, and on-time material delivery.

prepare boqs, rfqs, wbs, schedules, moms, change orders, snag lists, and progress reports.

monitor project milestones, budgets, documentation accuracy, and installation readiness.

support on-site installation coordination, snag closure, and handover documentation.

collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure smooth project execution.

🔹 what we’re looking for

3–5 years of experience in ff&e, interior fit-out, construction, or real estate project coordination.

bachelor’s degree (preferably in interior design / architecture / engineering / project management)

strong knowledge of ff&e materials & installation processes.

proficiency in ms excel, ms project, autocad (basic).

excellent communication, documentation, and multitasking skills.

pmp/prince2 (added advantage).
