Hiring: Project Coordinator FF&E Hyderabad, IndiaWe are looking for a detail-oriented Project Coordinator FF&E to support the planning, coordination, procurement, and execution of our FF&E projects. The role ensures seamless delivery of furniture, fixtures & equipment from design stage to installation and final handover. What Youll DoCoordinate end-to-end FF&E project activitiesfrom planning to final delivery.Work closely with design teams for approvals, specifications, and material selections.Manage vendor communication, sourcing, procurement tracking, and on-time material delivery.Prepare BOQs, RFQs, WBS, schedules, MOMs, change orders, snag lists, and progress reports.Monitor project milestones, budgets, documentation accuracy, and installation readiness.Support on-site installation coordination, snag closure, and handover documentation.Collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure smooth project execution. What Were Looking For35 years of experience in FF&E, interior fit-out, construction, or real estate project coordination.Bachelors degree (Preferably in Interior Design / Architecture / Engineering / Project Management)Strong knowledge of FF&E materials & installation processes.Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Project, AutoCAD (basic).Excellent communication, documentation, and multitasking skills.PMP/PRINCE2 (added advantage).
