Job Description:
*We are seeking a highly experienced Professional Chef with expertise in Indian and Continental cuisine. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes, maintaining hygiene standards, and managing the kitchen efficiently.
Requirements:
Must be of Christian or Hindu faith.
Proven experience as a professional chef with specialization in Indian and Continental cuisine.
Experience: Minimum of 7 to 10 years in a similar role.
Age: Between 29 and 34 years old.
Marital Status: Married candidates only.
Language: Fluent in English (spoken, reading, and writing).
Certifications: Culinary qualifications or food safety certifications are preferred.
Strong teamwork skills with the ability to work collaboratively with kitchen staff or manage a team.
Strong understanding of kitchen safety, hygiene, and modern culinary techniques.
Ability to handle pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Salary: 60,000 to 90,000 per month (commensurate with experience).
