Job Responsibilities

- Supervise daily VMC production activities to achieve production targets.

- Monitor machine utilization, productivity, and manpower allocation.

- Ensure production is carried out according to drawings and quality standards.

- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Planning, and Stores departments for smooth production flow.

- Monitor and Reduce machine downtime and improve overall equipment efficiency (OEE).

- Maintain machine wise production records, shift reports, and daily MIS.

- Ensure 5S, safety, and company policies on the shop floor.

- Train, guide, and motivate machine operators and setters.

- Analyze production issues and implement corrective and preventive actions(CAPA).

- Build strong relations with Operator, setter, Helpers and improve in company culture

Requirements

ITI/Diploma or . in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.

3-8 years of experience in CNC/VMC machining or precision components manufacturing.

Knowledge of production planning, machining processes, and shop floor management.

Ability to read engineering drawings and understand GD&T.

Leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Knowledge of 5S, and continuous improvement practices is preferred.

Team leadership and manpower management.

Production planning and scheduling.

Root cause analysis and problem-solving.

Quality and safety awareness.

Good computer skills (Excel/ERP).
