Production Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

Production Management: Oversee day-to-day operations of the production line, ensuring that production targets are met while maintaining quality and efficiency.

Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and motivate production staff to maintain a high level of performance and productivity. Ensure adherence to safety standards and company policies.

Quality Control: Monitor the quality of raw materials, processes, and final products, ensuring that they meet industry standards and customer requirements. Implement corrective actions when necessary.

Process Improvement: Identify and recommend improvements in production processes, workflows, and equipment to increase efficiency, reduce downtime, and improve overall quality.

Inventory Management: Ensure proper inventory levels of raw materials, consumables, and finished goods. Assist with ordering and stock management.
