key responsibilities:

production management: oversee day-to-day operations of the production line, ensuring that production targets are met while maintaining quality and efficiency.

team leadership: supervise, train, and motivate production staff to maintain a high level of performance and productivity. ensure adherence to safety standards and company policies.

quality control: monitor the quality of raw materials, processes, and final products, ensuring that they meet industry standards and customer requirements. implement corrective actions when necessary.

process improvement: identify and recommend improvements in production processes, workflows, and equipment to increase efficiency, reduce downtime, and improve overall quality.

inventory management: ensure proper inventory levels of raw materials, consumables, and finished goods. assist with ordering and stock management.
