Looking For Production Supervisor

🔹 Key Responsibilities

Supervise and manage day-to-day production activities in the graphite plant.

Ensure production targets are achieved as per quality and safety standards.

Monitor production processes, manpower, machines, and material utilization.

Coordinate with maintenance and quality teams to minimize production downtime.

Ensure proper implementation of SOPs, safety procedures, and production schedules.

Identify production issues and take corrective actions for smooth operations.

Maintain production records, reports, and shift-wise performance data.

Manage and guide production operators and workers.

Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, machinery, and raw materials.

🔹 Required Profile

5-8 years of experience in Production / Manufacturing / Process Industry.

Diploma / BE / in Mechanical, Metallurgy, or relevant engineering discipline.

Experience in a graphite, carbon, mineral processing, refractory, or similar industrial plant will be preferred.

Good knowledge of production processes, machinery, manpower handling, and safety practices.

Strong team-handling, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Willingness to work at Balrampur, Chhattisgarh.
