Responsibilities:
• Liaise with other managers to formulate objectives and understand requirements.
• Estimate costs and prepare budgets.
• Organize workflow to meet specifications and deadlines for production.
• Monitor production planning to resolve issues
• Supervise and evaluate performance of production personnel (quality inspectors, workers etc.)
• Determine the number of necessary resources (workforce, raw materials etc.)
• Ensure output meets quality standards.
• Enforce health and safety precautions.
• Report to upper management.
Requirements:
â— Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment; must be high energy, motivated and a self starter.
â— Effective communicator with excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to build strong relationships with the co-workers and teams.
â— Proven experience as production & Production Planning.
â— Deep knowledge of production management
â— Understanding of the production quality standards and health & safety regulations
â— Knowledge of performance evaluation and budgeting concepts
â— Experience in reporting on key production metrics
â— Proficient in any software
â— Outstanding communication ability
â— Excellent organizational and leaderships skills
â— Attention to detail
â— Strong decision-making skills and a results-driven approach
