we are looking for a highly experienced and trustworthy production manager from india to oversee our production operations and ensure efficiency, quality, and compliance with industry standards.

key responsibilities:

• manage and oversee the entire production process, ensuring smooth operations, timely output, and high-quality packaging products.

• implement and optimize production schedules, ensuring maximum efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

• monitor and maintain quality control standards, ensuring all products meet industry and customer specifications.

• supervise production teams, including machine operators, helpers, and maintenance staff.

• ensure proper machine operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting for film blowing, printing, laminating, and bag-making machines.

• develop and enforce safety protocols to ensure a secure and hazard-free working environment.

• maintain raw material inventory and coordinate with the procurement team for timely replenishment.

• analyze production data and reports, making necessary adjustments for process improvement.

• collaborate with the r&d team to develop new packaging solutions and enhance product quality.

• ensure strict confidentiality of company data, customer details, and order information.

• train and mentor production staff, improving skills and efficiency.
