We are committed to delivering high-quality packaging solutions using the latest technology while maintaining the highest levels of customer satisfaction.We are looking for a highly experienced and trustworthy Production Manager from India to oversee our production operations and ensure efficiency, quality, and compliance with industry standards.Key Responsibilities: Manage and oversee the entire production process, ensuring smooth operations, timely output, and high-quality packaging products. Implement and optimize production schedules, ensuring maximum efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Monitor and maintain quality control standards, ensuring all products meet industry and customer specifications. Supervise production teams, including machine operators, helpers, and maintenance staff. Ensure proper machine operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting for film blowing, printing, laminating, and bag-making machines. Develop and enforce safety protocols to ensure a secure and hazard-free working environment. Maintain raw material inventory and coordinate with the procurement team for timely replenishment. Analyze production data and reports, making necessary adjustments for process improvement. Collaborate with the R&D team to develop new packaging solutions and enhance product quality. Ensure strict confidentiality of company data, customer details, and order information. Train and mentor production staff, improving skills and efficiency.
