job description :

responsible for handling marketing function of ortho and gynac speciality division.

 developing short and long term brand strategy after adequately evaluating the various market strategies, portfolio, geographies, specialities etc.

 creating better marketing approach to ensure an impetuous impact on today’s market.

 monitoring the implementation and identifying the gaps and designing strategies to bridge it.

 focusing on creating mega brands within a stipulated time frame in the assigned segment.

 closely work with seniors in campaigning & special activities planned for key opinion leaders.

 responsible for various promotional activities such as preparing & implementing promotional strategies, designing promotional / communication strategies for the various brands of the organization.

 to proactively conduct competition mapping, targeting and segmentation exercises for improving brand performance.

 monthly / quarterly brand review & monitoring.

 to monitor promotional expenses to be within the budget.

 using wise judgements on expanding the current product portfolio as well as building future portfolio.

 devising system & processes for marketing department, resulting into overall efficacy.
