Looking For Product Manager

We are looking for a Product Manager to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product development, excellent teamwork skills, and a passion for creating user-friendly products.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Define Product Vision:** Create a clear vision for the product by understanding market needs and user requirements, ensuring alignment with the company's goals.

- **Develop Product Roadmap:** Build a strategic roadmap that outlines product features and timelines, guiding the development process from concept to launch.

- **Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams:** Work closely with design, engineering, marketing, and sales teams to ensure cohesive product development and successful launches.

- **Conduct Market Research:** Gather and analyze data about market trends and user preferences to make informed recommendations and adjustments to the product strategy.

- **Manage Product Lifecycle:** Oversee all stages of the product lifecycle, from initial concept to sunsetting, ensuring continuous improvement based on user feedback.

**Required Skills and Expectations:**

Candidates should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a relevant professional qualification. A minimum of five years of experience in product management or a related field is preferred. Strong analytical skills are essential for making data-driven decisions. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and leadership abilities, enabling them to work effectively with diverse teams. A proactive approach to problem-solving and a genuine interest in understanding user needs are crucial for success in this role. Familiarity with agile methodologies is an added advantage.
