job description:

• candidates with 10 years of relevant work experience in procurement in the electrical and construction industries

(transmission and distribution projects, irrigation, buildings and under ground drainage projects)

• floating inquiries to relevant sources to get the techno commercial details.

• making comparison statements (cs) of quotations received from different suppliers.

• negotiating technical and commercials with vendors, and submitting the comparative statement for approval.

• getting approvals on po’s and place orders with selected vendors and suppliers.

• continuous follow up with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely deliver at sites.

• developing alternate source of supply in critical time.

• monitoring vendor performance.

• maintaining and managing purchase mis & reports on daily.

• monitoring di & po quantities.

• tracking pdc & lc requests submitted to f&a and time.

• inter departmental coordination for smooth operations of the construction site.
