Skills and Requirements:

€¢ Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

€¢ Advanced knowledge of MS Excel.

€¢ Knowledge of market research.

€¢ Proven history of effective supply management.

Roles & Responsibilities:

€¢ Handle food order processing.

€¢ Handle Food incident/Discrepancy problem

€¢ Finalize purchase details of orders and deliveries.

€¢ Maintain / Update Weekly report

€¢ Collaborate with key persons to ensure clarity of the specifications

€¢ Make A Call To The Site To Investigate The Case Get Relevant Information And Update The IR Accordingly.

€¢ Assess procurement requirements, prepare procurement plans, draft specifications and initiate procurement process.

€¢ Maintain updated records of invoices and contracts.

€¢ Prepares inventory listings to include the location and status of all equipment.

€¢ Compare product deliveries with issued purchase orders and contact vendors when there are discrepancies.

€¢ Track orders and ensure timely delivery.

€¢ Conduct market research to identify pricing trends.
