Booking creation & validation

Carrier co-ordination which includes maintaining monthly tariffs, bookings in case of consols.

Well versed in sea segments for LCL & FCL.

Trucker coordination in case of Pickups and Deliveries. Warehouse coordination for cargo receipt, handling of documents, loading containers and handover of goods to sea ports / ramps.

Generating HBL and submitting the Shipping Instruction to the carrier.

Updating of costs and capturing the revenue

Sending pre alerts to the destination Agent for container / cargo clearance in case of exports.
