knowledge, skills and attributes:
- providing technical consultation & support to the internal sales and customers (for infrastructure, networking and cloud-based solutions)
- participating in the customer engagement & pre-sales activities (.: designing, specification, implementation, testing, training, deployment, etc.)
- involving in tender processes (from requirement gathering, proposal submission to tender awarding)
- serving as a subject matter expert, addressing technical related activities/ incidents/ escalations/ maintenance activities, etc.
- delivering quality results on-site and on post-engagement
- any other ad-hoc duties assigned.
requirement’s:
- candidate must have at least 3 – 7 years of professional working experiences in handling “pre-sales activities” for it infrastructure, networking, security, and cloud-based solutions
- experienced managing/ implementing/ supporting/ troubleshooting network & system infrastructure
- proficient with office 365 as well as routing, switching, wireless, products etc.
