The Pre-Sales Executive will be responsible for generating qualified leads, nurturing prospects, and creating sales opportunities through structured follow-ups and effective communication. The role focuses on opportunity creation and supporting revenue growth by maintaining strong CRM discipline and ensuring consistent engagement with prospective customers.

1. Generate qualified leads as per monthly targets.
2. Convert leads into verified sales opportunities for the sales team.
3. Maintain consistent follow-up cycle until lead conversion or closure.
4. Ensure 100% CRM hygiene with accurate and timely data updates.
5. Achieve defined opportunity-to-conversion ratio targets.
6. Maintain daily call activity and engagement benchmarks.
7. Improve response time and follow-up turnaround efficiency.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided database/leads
Identify customer requirements and qualify prospects
Explain product offerings and key benefits clearly over calls
Handle objections and manage challenging conversations professionally
Build rapport and maintain long-term engagement with prospects
Schedule follow-ups and ensure no lead is left unattended
Update CRM with accurate call notes, status, and next action steps
Coordinate internally with the sales team for opportunity handover
Track lead movement across the sales funnel
Maintain daily activity reports and performance metrics
Ensure structured pipeline management and disciplined follow-up process
Eligibility Criteria
Graduate (Mandatory)
Excellent communication skills (Hindi & English)
Strong persuasion and objection-handling skills
Basic understanding of CRM tools and data discipline
