About the Role:
As a Pre-Sales Executive, you will be the first point of contact for clients. You will qualify leads, understand client requirements, and support our Sales Executives in closing deals. This is a great role to learn real estate sales, earn incentives, and grow in your career.
Key Responsibilities
Cold calling potential clients to generate leads.
Understand client requirements and provide project information
Schedule site visits and coordinate with Sales Executives
Maintain CRM records and follow up with leads
Timely follow-up with prospects to maintain engagement.
Supporting deal closure and coordinating with the sales team
Requirements
6+ months of experience in pre-sales, tele-calling, or real estate sales
Strong communication skills
Basic knowledge of real estate projects and market trends is a plus
Freshers with good communication skills are welcome
Organized, proactive, and target-oriented mindset
Interest in real estate and client interaction
