About the Role:
As a Pre-Sales Executive, you will be the first point of contact for clients. You will qualify leads, understand client requirements, and support our Sales Executives in closing deals. This is a great role to learn real estate sales, earn incentives, and grow in your career.
Key Responsibilities
€¢ Cold calling potential clients to generate leads.
€¢ Understand client requirements and provide project information
€¢ Schedule site visits and coordinate with Sales Executives
€¢ Maintain CRM records and follow up with leads
€¢ Timely follow-up with prospects to maintain engagement.
€¢ Supporting deal closure and coordinating with the sales team
Requirements
€¢ 6+ months of experience in pre-sales, tele-calling, or real estate sales
€¢ Strong communication skills
€¢ Basic knowledge of real estate projects and market trends is a plus
€¢ Fresher€™s with good communication skills are welcome
€¢ Organized, proactive, and target-oriented mindset
€¢ Interest in real estate and client interaction
