Key Responsibilities
1. Customer Engagement
Collaborate with the sales team to identify customer needs and requirements
Conduct discovery sessions to understand business challenges and technical environments
Act as a technical advisor throughout the sales cycle
2. Solution Design
Design customized solutions aligned with customer requirements
Prepare technical proposals, solution architecture diagrams, and scope documents
Recommend appropriate products/services based on client use cases
3. Product Demonstrations & Presentations
Deliver compelling product demonstrations and technical presentations
Conduct Proof of Concepts (PoCs) and trials when required
Clearly communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
4. Proposal & RFP/RFI Support
Respond to RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs with detailed technical documentation
Collaborate with internal teams (product, engineering, delivery) for accurate proposals
Create solution documentation including BoQs (Bill of Quantities) and SOWs
5. Sales Support
Assist in pricing strategies and technical positioning
Support sales teams in closing deals by addressing technical concerns
Participate in client meetings, negotiations, and contract discussions
6. Market & Product Knowledge
Stay updated on company products, industry trends, and competitor offerings
Provide feedback to product teams based on client interactions
