About the Role

We are hiring a PPC Expert to manage and optimize paid ad campaigns across Google,

Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and LinkedIn. This is a hands-on role focused on driving

leads, conversions, and performance results.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and manage PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and

LinkedIn

Optimize keywords, ads, creatives, audiences, and landing pages

Monitor and improve CPC, CPL, CPA, CTR, ROAS, and conversions

Manage budgets and bidding strategies effectively

Set up and optimize retargeting using pixels, UTMs, and conversion tracking

Track performance using GA4, GTM, and Looker Studio

Share weekly/monthly reports with actionable insights

Coordinate with content, design, and sales teams for better campaign outcomes

Key Skills & Qualifications

25 years of experience in PPC / Paid Advertising

Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads

Bonus Skills (Preferred)

Clear understanding of PPC metrics and conversion tracking

Experience with GA4, GTM, UTM tracking, and Looker Studio

CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, etc.)

B2B or service-based lead generation experience

Automation and retargeting workflows

India-focused or localized campaigns
