About the Role

We are hiring a PPC Expert to manage and optimize paid ad campaigns across Google,

Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and LinkedIn. This is a hands-on role focused on driving

leads, conversions, and performance results.

Key Responsibilities

— Plan, execute, and manage PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and

LinkedIn

— Optimize keywords, ads, creatives, audiences, and landing pages

— Monitor and improve CPC, CPL, CPA, CTR, ROAS, and conversions

— Manage budgets and bidding strategies effectively

— Set up and optimize retargeting using pixels, UTMs, and conversion tracking

— Track performance using GA4, GTM, and Looker Studio

— Share weekly/monthly reports with actionable insights

— Coordinate with content, design, and sales teams for better campaign outcomes

Key Skills & Qualifications

— 2€“5 years of experience in PPC / Paid Advertising

— Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads

Bonus Skills (Preferred)

— Clear understanding of PPC metrics and conversion tracking

— Experience with GA4, GTM, UTM tracking, and Looker Studio

— CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, etc.)

— B2B or service-based lead generation experience

— Automation and retargeting workflows

— India-focused or localized campaigns
