Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Plant HR Head to manage all human resources activities at our Chakan Pune facility. The ideal candidate will have 10 to 20 years of HR experience and a post-graduate degree. This is a full-time, office-based position.

Key Responsibilities:

1. **Recruitment and Staffing**: Oversee the recruitment process, ensuring the plant is staffed with qualified personnel. This includes developing job descriptions, interviewing candidates, and coordinating onboarding for new hires.

2. **Employee Relations**: Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns and conflicts. Build strong relationships with staff to enhance morale and productivity.

3. **Performance Management**: Implement and manage performance appraisal systems that align with the company
